Marsha and Vinny’s site was like a page out of a fantasy novel. Once you pass their adorable farm and head uphill, you go through a clearing where then you see the site and a pond in the background. Although the site is only about a quarter of a mile from their home/farm, you still feel entirely secluded. On our visit, we explored the farm and saw their pigs, chickens and horses. An adorable little kitten at one point began following us. I thought at one point it would get bored and head back to the house but when we began walking back to the site, it kept following. This only to turn into her hanging out with us during our entire stay (only one night) and sleeping with us in the tent. The next day we drove with her in the car to return her home but to our surprise she was up for adoption. After all the bonding we had done, there was no way we could part without her and so we took her back to Brooklyn with us. All in all it was a memorable experience and Masha and Vinny are very nice and accommodating. I would definitely love to come back to this site again!

This was our favorite tentrr site by far. Our family got the best of both {tentrr} worlds- idyllic farm fields and leafy cool forest to sleep and play in-- plus a cute pond for refreshing dips and babbling streams perfect for an eight year old kid to explore (they're shallow with lots of stepping stones). Also, we bought much of the food we ate during our stay (and when we left, for our week's groceries) from the farm's little store--very convenient and delicious. Vinny and Masha's farm is like a time machine into the early 1900s, as they power it with horses rather than engines. As Farmers for the Day, we got a taste of how much work and ingenuity it takes to farm 'the old-fashioned way' (though the owners are far from old fashioned!). We helped with the garden and with some of the hay harvesting, among other activities. The two or three hours we did gave us fun and fascinating work! It was the kind of farm stay we had always wanted to do, and we chanced upon it at this farm! Thank you every much, Vinny and Masha, for a wonderful experience. We already miss feeding the pigs and admiring your horses crisscrossing your pretty fields. Last but not least, give that adorable donkey Molly and her babe a big kiss from all of us! We hope to come another time and do it all again ⛺️

This was our first Tentrr trip and the experience definitely surpassed our expectations. Masha and Vinny are amazing and accommodating. They were really cool about our curious and scrappy pup barking at the horses. We ordered eggs from their farm and it was such a nice treat. Not only were they generous, the eggs were waiting in a cooler for us upon arrival. The eggs were DELICIOUS!! The farm is stunning and the campsite is a wonderful spot to relax for a couple of days. With temps reaching near record highs, the secluded pond was perfectly refreshing. We brought tubes and a kayak which were a ton of fun. When we come back we will definitely explore more of this beautiful land. We are seasoned campers and are used to far less amenities but no complaints here. Tentrr and the hosts really provide everything you could need for a relaxing trip. The setup is impressive and truly unique. We got to see Vinny working with the horses in the hayfield which was a nice glimpse into a working farm life. At night we took a stroll into the hayfield to watch the stars. What a view! To top that off, there were hundreds of lightning bugs flickering in the fields which was mind blowing. Something we will never forget. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Masha and Vinny for an amazing escape from city life.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm. The site was beautiful and right next to a beautiful pond surrounded by wild flowers. At night the stars and moon reflected over the pond and the fireflies light up the sky. The farm tour with Vinny was fun and our kids got to see all the animals. Their fav part was having Amber the dog join in the wagon for the tour. Def order eggs and sausage from the farm. They were delicious. Everything we needed was provided. We really only needed to bring ourselves and food. It was so nice to wake up and have a cup of hot coffee sitting next to the pond.

We had four campers, and two dogs, at the Simpler Times Farm Camp for the Memorial day long weekend. Before we arrived Masha was very helpful in answering any questions that we had. The campsite was clean, very well groomed, and full of special touches (picnic table set with flowers, a hammock packed away for use, a full cupboard of kitchen utensils, plates, etc.). We took advantage of the option to order bacon, eggs, and sausage from their farm during our stay. I would highly recommend this. We were pleasantly surprised to find them ready for us in a cooler when we arrived and they were delicious cooked over the campfire the next day. The campsite is even more picturesque than in the photos. The pond was a perfect temperature - despite the rain, we had a few swims. There are plenty of places to explore around the camp site as well as trails around the farm if you need to stretch your legs. Overall, I can't recommend this camp site enough. The property is beautiful, quiet, serene. The hosts were kind, helpful, and available to answer any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Masha and Viny have a really beautiful organic farm, truly reminiscent of simpler times. It was fascinating to hear all their wonderful stories. It's a perfect place for families with children, who get to feed all the animals and explore little trails. We discovered a staircase to climb a tree and absorb the view. The campsite's location is perfect: nestled in the backwoods of the farm, in front of a very nice pond. Although it was cold this weekend, I went for a short invigorating swim in the pond. I can't imagine how nice that must be in the summer. The tent was really nice, roomy, simple and yet luxurious (but not too much, which is great), and everything worked as expected. Only recommendations: 1. To campers: if going there this time of the year, bring a winter sleeping bag. 2. To Tentrr: a recycling trash can! We will come visit Masha and Viny again and highly recommend their magical place!

This property was perfect! Isolated but close enough to hear the animals from the farm around us. The pond was full of nice bass and we got the sun almost all day long. Everything was in great shape and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the way in. Masha was great and super easy to reach. Definitely plan on making another trip here!

Wife and I loved this campsite! So did the two other families we camped with! The owners are laid back and awesome. Our kids loved the farm tour. The site itself was private, had plenty of room, and was beautiful. Five stars for sure.
