“This place was AWESOME!!! We usually go into the cities when we do a weekend getaway but did the opposite this time. We only had to pack our bedding, food, cookware, and some various other camping things like bug spray. We rolled into the campsite a little later than expected and Diana offered to start our camp fire for us. But, I didn't see the message until the next day because we did not have cell service there, which is exactly what we wanted. But, they had set up the fire ready to go. We will definitely keep using Tentrr, based on this experience alone. There was plenty of wood, water, and shade. And if you need anything else, the drive into town is only a few minutes. While there, we drove up Mount Greylock, and played mini golf in town, it was a pretty great course. We did decide that we wanted some music, so we got a small battery powered radio, and Yahtzee and a deck of cards. We laughed, drank, made campfire meals, had smores, and just recharged overall. It was an amazing weekend we won't forget.”
“Lovely shaded site with everything you need. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed and even let us know a thunderstorm was approaching. We rode out the storm in the tent and stayed high and dry throughout. Great location as its close to numerous area activities.”
“This was my first Tentr experience & it was amazing! The site was incredible and a perfect getaway weekend from the city. The campsite was perfectly setup and picturesque to say the least. My wife loved it and the dogs had the time of their lives. We did explore some of the local farms where we stocked up on fresh meats and produce. We spent a bit of time exploring the surrounding areas but really wanted to just stay at the campsite and relax.
Diana and Tim were great and I appreciated that they welcomed me with a note thanking me for my service. They left more than enough firewood and water for the time we were there ,which was great.
We did hike to the summit of MT Greylock the tallest peak in the state which is close by with incredible views, you can also drive to the summit if your not up for an 8-12 mile hike. There really are numerous things to partake in nearby, from boating and canoeing on the lake that is 10 min away to a great soft serve ice cream shop with l00 flavors. Lots of hiking trails close to the property ,horse stables , an adventure park & you can easily restock on anything you may need within a short drive from the campsite. I would definitely recommend a stay at Birch Berry Pines & we plan on coming back in the near future.”
