“Wow is all I can say! The views are insane with the sunset going down behind the mountains! Michele makes you feel right at home! Be sure to stop in the shop for wide selection of lavender products! Would recommend to anyone!”
“One word: perfection. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. My husband and I chose this as our honeymoon spot after our European Honeymoon was cancelled, and we honestly are so grateful! Michele put so much time and effort into going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect weekend. We chose to add on a date night ( HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and the "I forgot everything" package. We showed up later than expected, and she was more than understanding, had everything set up for us, and was so welcoming. They don't call this the Northeast Kingdom for nothing; and her place feels like you are literally on top of the world- 360 degrees of beauty.
If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful escape, look no further. We will 100% be back. Thank you for making our honeymoon a once in a lifetime experience!”
“Great spot to spend the day or the weekend. Derby and the Northeast Kingdom have so much to offer. Michele and Pierre are lovely hosts-- welcoming, kind, and hardworking. The farm is such a special place. I will be recommending to friends and hope to return again soon!”
“The hilltop camping site was perfect. We had a view of the sunset and view of sunrise. There was almost a constant breeze keeping the temperature down for easy sleeping. The wind generator was a quiet background noise that only enhanced our sleeping. Michele was fabulous and helped us feel comfortable. Having easy access to drinking water and her special lavender water was great. The only thing that could have made it better is an outdoor shower to shower under the stars.”
“The campsite and meadow was absolutely spectacular! You truly have 360 degree views of surrounding mountains. Camp host was very kind and let us camp anywhere on the meadow. Stargazing was amazing and there was enough wind to fly a kite.
We gave 4 stars only because the description is not quite accurate. The pond was disgusting and the lavender fields were literally only a few inches tall and the field itself was incredible small. If your looking to camp near a beautiful lavender field and swim in the pond then this would disappoint. However we had a blast enjoying the gorgeous meadow views and sunset! Very quiet and peaceful.”
