“We really enjoyed our trip at the Pinelands getaway! The highlight was swimming and using tubes to float around the swimming pond right by the campsite. Brought the dog and he loved it!! It was pretty hot out so being able to swim made a huge difference. I would definitely recommend water shoes though! Also, I would recommend taking proper tick precautions. I don't think they were around the campsite, but when we walked the grass trail along the water, we all had ticks on us. Especially the dog. That said, we did not spray any tick repellent and they've been bad around NJ this year! Overall a fun trip and our host Craig was very nice and accommodating.”
“This was a great site with beautiful views and a very friendly host. We prefer to keep to ourselves when camping and the host was very respectful of that. The views on the water were beautiful. I was concerned about mosquitoes near the water but it wasn’t as big of an issue as I have had at other sites. The swimming hole was a nice relief from the intense heat we experienced. Be aware the water is not clear but the host assured us it was due to iron levels and was not harmful so we swam any way. If you have umbrellas or an easy up I recommend bringing it as there is only one small umbrella for shade and it gets very hot. The host was kind enough to let us use his easy up the last day. Unfortunately we had to leave a night early due to thunderstorms and flash floods but we had a good time.”
“Site located in a beautiful spot right on a reservoir. Campkeeper gave a great tour of the working cranberry farm. Recommend doing that. Site was complete with fire pit, chairs, and table with umbrella for shade. Swimming pond 50 yards away. Overall a great spot and a great experience.”

“Our family loved out stay at the Pinelands getaway! Waking up to birds singing and beautiful views across the water provided a much needed escape from our daily grind. Craig was a fantastic host, and shared some fantastic stories around his family's history on the property, as well as providing interesting insight into the inner workings of a cranberry farm. We are looking forward to coming back again soon!

“We had an amazing time on Craig's property! The tentrr site is nicely isolated near a lake and swimming hole. The bullfrogs sing you to sleep! The firepit is perfectly located next to a picnic table and walking path. Craig was incredibly helpful and taught us a lot about the property and cranberry farming - did you know that cranberries are so named because their flower resembles a crane's head? Neither did we! Choose this tentrr site and you can see the cranberry flower for yourself!
We spent the whole trip saying how much we are looking forward to returning to this site. Highly recommended.”
