“Eileen is a great host. This is our second stay. The accommodations are great and this is a true experience in "The Gunks". Eileen has thought of everything! the fire pits are great and we have the BEST fires here. There is a lot of wildlife including deer, owls, coyotes and bugs. Yes. This is the most comfortable camping you may find in Pine Bush but, there are bugs. It is the outdoors. I say this because the queen size bed and all the amenities may lull you into the idea that you are not sleeping outdoors. But when the deer grunt at you and the owls hoot and the coyote packs howl and you find a spider trying to sneak into your warm bed, you remember where you are. It's a wild adventure and one I will do again and again! In fairness, this was a trip in the fall. We always visit The Gunks in the fall. It was colder and wetter than usual and we did use the heat. I'm sure that alerted everyone in the field that we had a warm place to share. We did have company.”

The grounds are nicely taken care of, and there are views of a lake and nce nature scenery.
The hosts are warm, gracious, attentive to the little details and communicate instantly. they were so helpful even for my last minute booking.

“We had the loveliest night at Mountain View! This place is really special and Eileen is an amazing host. The site is super well equipped and incredibly comfortable. The property is so beautiful with a view of the mountains and a small creek you can jump in when it’s hot! We were only able to get away for one night, but Eileen made it work for us even though there is technically a two night minimum. We basically never left the property as it was so gorgeous! This was our first Tentrr experience and we’re already looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!”
“Everything you need for a little getaway. All the basics were provided. A few lanterns, lights, firewood, fire starter, garbage bag, etc. The owner was very responsive to any questions, etc. Would recommend!”
“We had a great weekend (despite the rain) on Eileen’s beautiful farm. The site was secluded but close enough to the horses and a creek, which were lovely. Eileen was a very attentive host who ensured we had everything we needed, even providing a jump when one of our group’s car died. I would highly recommend staying here—we felt right at home!”
“We had such an amazing experience at this site. Eileen is a fantastic campkeeper! She provided us with some hiking recommendations prior to arrival and when our arrival kept getting delayed due to traffic, she was more than flexible. She even had a fire started for us when we arrived - how amazing is that?! The site is surrounded by cornfields and has a beautiful view of the mountains. You can pull your car right up to the site so no need to worry about lugging your things very far. The tent has a heater and the head lamps provided really came in handy. We brought our pup along who also had a great time! I could not recommend this site more - excited to book again and try out Eileen's other site by the water.”
