very dissapointed by the tentrr team to allow multiple tents on the property be set up so close to one another. a large part, if not the entire reason for choosing tentrr is to be remote, not adjacent or near others like a traditional campsite. given that tentrr sets up the sites for indivudal owners, i think they would have placed sites more than a 300 feet apart, especially on top of a mountain with no trees or growth to block the noise. for sure, the camp site was clean and as described, but the ability to hear the camp site next to us from 10pm to 1am when i dont think they were even being loud, is not right

Camp site was great. The location was great, cleared landing on top of hill. Both sunrise and sunset views. Tent was clean, Everything as advertised. Easy drive from NYC. George responded quickly to questions prior to trip (nothing needed during 2-night stay) Important to note: 7-8 min uphill walk to camp site, first on dirt driveway than through meadows. Can be very strenuous when initially bringing gear to camp site. otherwise, not too bad. Also, the 2nd tent is located within 200 yards of your camp. At night you can hear anything and everything, which meant the group next to us at 1am. Was disappointing that with so much land, these tents needed to be right on top of one another

This site was perfect! A truly incredible private location in a vast and calming meadow with an amazing view. The site was stocked perfectly for easy use of the fire pit, sun shower, toilet tent, solar path lights, trash bin, mattress, a clean tent, inside heating stove and picnic table. The location was labeled easily and was a peaceful six minute walk up the hill from the parking area. George responded quickly to my message and was a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

This is a phenomenal camp site with an amazing view. It's honestly unreal what you get to wake up to. The rolling hills and clouds are like something out of a postcard. Everything was clean and provided just as it was listed. There is plenty of privacy and you're a close drive to activities and places to eat. There's a drive in movie theater about 15 minutes away that is really nice. Overall, this was a great experience!

Absolutely beautiful view of the surroinding mountains and pastures. It was very quiet and peaceful, the sound of birds and crickets. The stars were awesome at night and we clould hear an occasional owl and coyote in the distance. Tent and toilet were neat and clean. Be prepared the tent is located a couple hundred yards away from where you have to park and slightly uphill, wasnt a bad walk but we left the car not realizing it and the way we were carrying our stuff like linens and cooler was awkward. I'd advise cramming everything into a big backpack or two. We are from the NJ shore, so the surrounding towns were quite "dead" to us, but there are drive in movies not too far a way and lakes and trails. On day one we got some food to cook at the supermarket in Amenia a few miles away and just drove sightseeing the area, ending up in CT looking at beautiful houses, then back to camp to enjoy it. Next day we walked the fire tower a few miles away, very tough hike, then a severe thunderstorm hit, but we ended up checking out breweries in Kingston about 35 minutes away. Great site, perfect mix between traditional off grid camping and more glamorous glamping.

Great set of views and peaceful surroundings! A well-needed escape from "normal" every day Pandemic life.

The panoramic views from the site are so breathtaking and dreamy. The area is gorgeous. We went swimming at Stissing Pond and hiking on the AT in CT. Note: It is a significant uphill trek to get from the parking area to the site, and you have to carry all your gear in.
