“We had a fantastic stay at this site. It’s a great location and the site is well equipped with a grill, fire pit and the chairs.
Our dog especially enjoyed the small hikes around the site and the host’s recommendations for Blueberry market cafe and breweries around were really great!!
The only thing that could have been better is the air mattress which is slightly uncomfortable and very noisy to sleep on. It also got chilly in the night so carrying your own blankets is highly recommended!!!
But apart from that, it was all good!”
“My young daughters and I camped 3 nights at Overall Rustic. It is a beautiful flowery glade surrounded by peaceful woodlands. I chose the options for bedding and cookware and fire materials which made everything very seamless! I loved not needing to carry all my gear around :) We used the outdoor shower which makes a longer stay sound very reasonable! Although I was able to drive my Ford Fusion rental to the site, I opted to leave it at the base of the road because the road seems best for an AWD or 4WD. The camp keepers are very welcoming and even allowed us to pick blueberries nearby (we ate fresh blueberry pancakes every morning!!). If you want to add some culture, we took daytrips to MassMOCA and to see Grandma Moses paintings at the Bennington Museum. Highly recommend camping here :)”
“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Overall Rustic. This was our first Tentrr experience and it definitely exceeded our expectations! David was very friendly and gave us thorough information before we arrived. The campsite is secluded, yet only a 5-minute drive to a gas station if you need to pick up anything. We brought plenty of firewood, a cast-iron skillet, and food in a Yeti and had a campfire feast. The tent was a 5-minute walk from where we parked the car. We enjoyed two hikes through the woods nearby and a walk to the pond near the farmhouse. I would recommend this spot for anyone who is looking for a relaxing unplugged weekend!”
“Overall Rustic was our first Tentrr expierience and it was overall amazing! My boyfriend and I spent our Labor Day and his birthday on this site. My boyfriend is in the Army so when he said he wanted to go camping, (in his words “glamping”) I was pretty surprised. We truly had so much fun here. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and private which was everything we were looking for. Being that it was his birthday I added on the “Surprise Kit” and the “Firewood Kit” which just made our night campfires perfect. We also brought our fur baby along and I’m positive he loved it just as much as we did. During the day, we spent most of the time hiking/exploring the area. David and Leila were super helpful, responsive and kind. We definitely plan on coming back to Overall Rustic. We already recomended to all of our friends and now to you too!”
“We stayed at Overall Rustic for a long weekend and had such an amazing time! It was hands down one of the nicest places we have stayed and we were extremely well looked after by the hosts. The land was secluded and beautiful with plenty of walking opportunities, the camp ground was spacious and had everything we needed, easy to get to but far enough away from civilization for a great peaceful camping experience. We fished for bass in the bass pond and mustve pulled out about 30-40 bass in two evenings fishing, they bought us up a few beers from the house and said hello and helped us get an idea of the area, the local towns were close enough to drive to for supplies, diners and also for a swim in the nearby lake which was beautiful.
Overall we had an amazing time and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful and there when needed without being intrusive to the camping.
I would HIGHLY recommend this location for a TentRR experience!!”
“Such a beautiful and peaceful camp site! The pond for fishing was within a 5 minute walk and there were trails for hiking all around. Also David had poles for us to borrow. Stores were minutes away but you would never know. The most peaceful and hospitable camping experience we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to visit again!”
“David and Leila were super hospitable, and the location was beautiful. Would definitely suggest to anyone looking to escape into nature. There is hiking close by and the location is 25 min away from Vermont (driving) which was a plus. Looking forward to come back next year!”
