Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“This tentrr has great potential. Wes responds very quickly to a text or phone call. However, at this time, for the services offered, it is not ready for campers and is overpriced until the issues are resolved.
The description for the tentrr fails to provide a complete picture. First, getting to the tentrr requires crossing a small creek which was only an issue when carrying our gear back and forth. Second, the tent's mesh zipper didn't zip close, preventing us from enjoying the view and getting fresh air and a nice cross breeze.
The view overlooking the campsite is beautiful, but there is a scrap woodpile in the campsite and river isn't easily accessible directly in front of the campsite.
The sounds of the rapids and flowing river is delightful/”
“Beautiful scenery! This was a lovely weekend getaway and Wes, our Tentrr contact, was extremely helpful.
Please note there is a steep hill from vehicle parking to the camp site, so pack light!”
“Absolutely beautiful location! We had planned to go to some of the nearby hiking trails, but ended up spending the whole weekend around the campsite because we enjoyed it so much! There are some trails and nice places to explore by the camp anyways. And the dogs loved playing in the river!
The tent was warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The whole site is as nice as the pictures make it out to be.
The only complaint we had was that there is a short, but steep, hike from the road to the campsite, so I would recommend packing light to avoid repeat trips up and down. But Wes (who was a very helpful, but unintrusive host) let us know he is planning to cut a new trail that is less intense. Either way, it is very worth it! We will definitely be returning!”
