“If you are looking to explore Frederick or Catoctin Mountain and this is the place for you. We ended up staying at the new Saint tent and it was perfect for star gazing. The horse farm is beautiful. The host is welcoming but not imposing. We went or breweries and delicious restaurants, went hiking on Wolf Rock (highly recommend), then got engaged around the campfire in the evening. It was really magical and the perfect weekend getaway for anyone in the DC/Baltimore area.”
“This was our first visit to a TENTRR site and it was a great stay! The facilities were fantastic and the amenities provided by our hosts at Good Intentions Farm were very thoughtful (wagons to haul gear, charging stations in the barn for our phones, and especially the coffee, when our percolator failed us). We are already thinking about where else we can stay at a TENTRR site within a day's drive, but we'd certainly return to Good Intentions in the future.
FYI, we stayed at Chrome but had the opportunity to peek at the Encore site (empty during our stay). Things to know: bigger cleared area, a bit easier to access from parking, also creekside like Chrome, but bunk beds versus our queen bed. Either site sure to provide a great stay!”
