Beautiful location, very peaceful and the Camp Keeper greeted us with a friendly welcome. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in the nature, I would recommend this location. The tent was tidy and clean, and so was everything else. The only thing I would highly recommend is brining a mosquito repellant as there were a lot of mosquitos there. And the site is pet friendly so perfect place to bring your four legged best friends. :)

Despite my booking it the day before, the campsite was in excellent condition. We are complete camping noobs and totally appreciated the gas powered skillet that was provided, along with the hammock, board games, linens and utensils. The enclosed shower and bathroom were also great. Unfortunately, my family chickened out after the first night because one was paranoid and Saturday's thunder and lightning. If it were up to me, I would have stayed all week! It was beautifully maintained and only minutes away from several towns and various water activities.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our only real trouble is that we overpacked. Which is just to say that the site is fully equipped for just about anything you can think of. Just bring clothes and food. The site is extremely private and gorgeous. But still 5-10 away from groceries, supplies, and town. Mary Ellen was an excellent and attentive host, whilst giving us the privacy and space we were looking for. Can’t recommend enough!

We had such a lovely time at this campsite. The personal touches made it extra special including an enclosed shower and toilet, a hammock and several items just in case you need them like flashlights and board games! The site can easily accommodate a small group including children - we had our 3-year-old with us and she did great. We were happy that the campsite was in a wooded area since it made it feel more like a traditional campsite and it provides shade which is important in the hot summer months when direct sunlight can be brutal. We also loved the small towns around the campsite including the closest town Narrowsburg, PA with a coffee shop, general store, several boutique shops as well as beautiful view of the Delaware river. We also decided to explore a little further and made our way to the Artist's haven of Callicoon. I absolutely recommend this site without a single hesitation!
