Rachel Lane Getaway was an idyllic escape into nature. This campsite was nestled in quaint forest and offered beautiful, unobscured mountain views. It was clean, private, and well-maintained. The bonfire and wood burning stove were a must this time of year! Gypsy was a lovely host. We will certainly be back!

This tent was really great! We had a great time, it was set up in a beautiful spot with a great view and really clean, nice seating all over. Didn’t use the fire pit but it looked great, sat in the wooden chairs on the deck and they were amazing! The stove inside kept the tent toasty in the night! Definitely would stay again

We’re frequent campers and find that privacy and a great location are key to a good experience. This site on Rachel lane had both. The seclusion of the site, well away from the hosts house is enough to feel very private. But perhaps the real star is the view of the mountaintops over the wildflower fields. Waterbury, Stowe and hiking trails are a short car ride away for when you’re looking for great food, beverages and activities. Thank you to gypsy and family!

The place was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. My husband and I stayed the night as we were passing through Vermont on a road trip and it was exactly what we needed. The only minor inconvenience was the bottom blow up bed kept slowly deflating and we had to refill it every couple hours or else sleep on it flat. This is something very easy to fix though and we would definitely stay here again.
