“I stayed only 1 of my 2 nights, just because I overbooked myself. The property owners were happy to accommodate me and made sure I had what I needed and left when I wanted. The site has everything you need. The bed was very well appointed with pillows and carpets and games. It felt like a special experience. There is a table and 2 chairs by the river for dining and a hammock for relaxing. The space is quite large, you have ample room to spread out and use the other tent if you want. The site is completely private and relaxing. You should know that you aren't close to where you park, so the site owners ferry you with their ATV and trailer, meaning you don't carry your bags. On the flip side, expect to not go back to your car much, if at all. You can't definitely walk back, but not carrying a lot of stuff i.e. ice, wood, groceries, etc. Again, they were very accommodating with my schedule and super friendly. I will definitely be coming back.”
“Had a great stay at Horseshoe River. The site was idyllic and peaceful. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and they cheerfully greeted us and made sure we were well settled our first night. The next day they directed us to a wonderful waterfall and beach area a little walk away where we enjoyed sunning and swimming. After exploring Portland and a dinner there it was back to "our" spot where we had a campfire and watched some shooting stars. Couldn't have been more perfect or relaxing.”
“A delightful weeknight stay away from home. The decor inside the Tentrr was quite unique with its colorful Turkish furnishings-and very comfortable. The breakfast arrived on time and was presented as though it was room service at a hotel - on a tray, with hot food and excellent coffee. Altogether a lovely stay”
