“This site is awesome! Nestled in a charming grove with total privacy, the pond is sheer joy. It may look a bit murky but that just shows how healthy it is. It's absolutely swimmable and feels very clean when you are in it. It feels both remote and yet just the right distance from a tiny town with a tavern and ice cream and staples. Kaja is so friendly and communicative. We'll be back!”

“We really enjoyed our time at Paradise Camp. The campsite is down a dirt path past the owner's home (a cute log cabin!). It felt very private, even given that its in the backwoods of the owner's property. The campsite itself had everything you would need - linens, dishes, cast iron pan and grill for the campfire, coffee pot & kettle. The owners provided firewood and kindly let us borrow a few more of their personal logs when we ran out and the stores were closed.
The best part of the campsite is the beautiful meadow in the back. We enjoyed walking the trails once it got dark to see the stars and in the morning to pick wildflowers (saw a deer on our last morning!). The only thing I would note is the pond was quite small and since it was still water, didnt seem compelling for a swim. However, based on the floats and water toys they had out, it is swim-able, just not for me!
We would definitely return to Paradise Camp again!”
