“Beautiful site and great host! We had a wonderful relaxing weekend here and mark was kind, helpful and accommodating. Cooling off in the creek, watching the cows graze and seeing the sunset over the farm made for an unforgettable experience.”
“Driveway was a bit rough but otherwise, great location. Quiet. Freshly mowed. The cows saying good morning everyday put a smile on our faces. Would stay here again”
“I spent a wonderful, peaceful 48-hours at the farm. Mark was kind and accommodating, but allowed for space to rest. The field with cows, the creek, the farm and woods were perfect for relaxing, and doing plenty of reading, writing, and photography. I had a great time. Thank you!”
“While this trip did what I needed it to do (give me some isolation to catch up on reading) I have to say I was really disappointed in the quality of the tent/bed combo. The air mattress did not hold air, there was a family of mice that had chewed through the cot webbing and made everything smell like urine. I actually slept in my car both nights. I think you guys need to look at annual maintenance and make sure the "queen beds" which are really air mattresses on cots are not left out when the camp is not in use. I'm an experienced camper and I've stayed in far worse conditions than this, I just haven't spent $280 to do so. I was also scouting this out because my employer is considering becoming a TentRR site since we are sitting on 650 acres of land but I know that guests would be unhappy with the level of quality in the areas mentioned above. Camp Keeper was great and again, I had an ok experience overall, I just found the price to be a little exorbitant given these issues.”
“Mark was very kind and accommodating especially as we got stuck in the deep mud leading up to the campsite (as he warns, you DEFINITELY need an SUV and even then we got stuck). It was really nice to be next to the creek (would be even more so in the summer) and our dog had a blast. The site itself was more of a simple cut-out in the woods. The tent and set-up could have been a little cleaner and more prepped; it wasn't swept, the mattress had a wet spot on it, and there wasn't a water setup. It had been raining quite a bit lately so understandable that it wouldn't be sparkling but it just felt a little dingy.”
