Mostly as described and pretty easy to find. CampKeeper was quick to respond to messages, which was great. 4 stars because the tent is a bit worse for wear, missing some equipment e.g., grill tongs & brush, and tent is within view of the main house, which detracted from the camping experience.

Campsite was great. Note to future campers: Google maps puts the address a couple hundred yards away from the actual driveway, so make sure to pay attention to the directions/details provided by the host.

This trip was wonderful, I've never stayed in a tent like this. It was great that it also had a wood burning stove inside, kept it nice and warm. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice time at Kamp Kimberg North. The tent was specious and mattress nicely inflated. Unfortunately the sun shower wasn’t filled with water. The wooden stove and the grill on the other hand was filled with water and not ready for use. We had to wash the grill ourselves before use.Other then that everything else was as promised. The loo was nice and clean. The grill tongs, news paper, matches and toilet paper nicely packed in a bag. The camp site felt nice and secluded, yet not that far from the road. There is plenty of wood around the camp site that you can use for your camp fire. Over all I am satisfied with this site. Would come back again.

I tried camping for the first time with my husband two kids and our dog. Iris was very kind and accommodating. She made finding the site easy, she had some much needed extras available. She was very quick to respond to any questions and made sure we were all set. The day we went was very rainy and muddy but we made the best of it. My girls got way too scared to stay the night once it got dark I was scared also to be honest so we packed up and didn’t wind up sleeping there. But still enjoyed the time we spent. Only thing I would say I wish was different was if the site had more of an open field. It had lots of trees or stumps around and uneven ground. So I was worried for my girls and dog to run and play without tripping over or running into something.

We had a fun night here at Kamp Kimberg. It was the perfect retreat in the woods with close access to things we wanted to do in New Paltz. There's apparently a pond and tennis courts to be added in the future which will certainly make this place a five star soon!

Kamp Kimberg is SO lovely! Iris, the CampKeeper, is an absolute gem and her site is super cozy. The property is on a cute hill and has plenty of space to roam/chill too. This site would be amazing at any time of year! Can't wait to visit again.

Our trip to Kamp Kimber was absolutely perfect! We didn't decide until the day before to book and that was no problem for the host, Iris. She was easy to communicate with and made great recommendations for what to do during our stay. The campsite was secluded and really made you feel like you were in the middle of the woods, even though the road was just 100 yards or so away. The tent is so spacious and comfortable and not having to set anything up yourself makes for a completely stress-free weekend. We decided to bring our bikes and bike the rail trail just 15 minutes from the campsite. First, we visited Iris's farm which was fantastic: local beer, cider, organic bacon and eggs, and friendly farm animals to hang out with while you have a drink(definitely a must-do if you choose this location)! This was our first experience with Tentrr and we can not wait for our next one.
