Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“Our stay was perfect. It was an easy site to get to and had everything you needed. We brought our own camping stove but there is a charcoal grill to use. The tent was clean and very put together. We took a day trip to Range Pond state park which is about a 30 minute drive. Lots of hiking and exploring right around the camp site too. We will be back!”
“ReaAnne was very communicative, campsite was very clean and well organized with everything we needed to have a great stay. We did not have to worry about much expect for relaxing. Everything needed to cook a great meal right there for you minus firewood and charcoal. The views were spectacular and the bed was pretty comfy as well. The outside lighting and sitting under the stars with a fire made the weekend one of the best weekends for my girlfriend and our golden. Highly recommend and hope to come back eventually!”
“An unusual and unique stay in the mountains. I think adding more of a permanent and secure toilet would make it perfect for what it is. It was thrilling to stay up on a mountain. The view was inspiring... Fit for a King! The host has added great amenities to make it a more refined camping experience. I like the potted herbs, the solar lights and the supply of games. All nice touches.”
“Couldnt ask for a better place! Very peaceful and the view is phenomenal. Site had everything you need for comfortable camping and is a short driving distance to a store where you can get your essential items.
Only suggestion would be a toilet upgrade at some point and or even an outdoor shower option, but definitely is a top notch TENTRR site; Highly recommend!”
“Breathtaking! The views are spectacular, the site is peaceful and quiet. There’s a wonderful trail (Packard Trail) a few minutes away to get the heart pumping. Sitting around the fire, listening to the birds sing, just a great weekend to reconnect with nature.”
“This place is beyond beautiful. Review the raspberries blackberries Brook the hiking trails the beautifully kept tentrr.
The owners go above and beyond what you would expect. Fabulous”
“Loved how secluded we were. Doug and Charley were lovely hosts who have a very cute tentrr setup on their land. They provided water, clean linens and pillows on the memory foam queen bed (we brought a camp cot for our 3rd camper and it fit in the same tent), salt and pepper, cooking oil, 2 firepits, 2 wrought iron chairs for around the fire, a cooler, even a separate tent to put the camp toilet in! Definitely bring a 4WD vehicle since it's on a dirt road up a steep hill. It also rained a bit during our stay so we brought our own ez-up tent to put over the picnic table. (The only downside was that Tentrr gave us the wrong address and they usually email an aerial view map of the campsite, however they forgot to for our stay; just note that the actual campsite is off of Branch Road (see review photo) which is right after the incorrect address of 159 Sodom Rd if you're heading south or right before it if you're heading north on Sodom Road... or you can find it .06 miles from the parking area of the South Pond trailhead... once on Branch Rd there are Tentrr signs that lead you to the tent site.) Highly recommend!”
