“Great park and tent! I would suggest the park ranger provide a map with location. We had trouble finding our tent. She said she had no idea about the tentrr tents. Also, we should’ve been informed about not having parking at the tent. I called the Tentrr phone number several times and there was no answer. The lady at Tentrr main number finally called me back . ( I got email from Tentrr owner with no direct phone number) she provided me with the tent owners personal phone number.
The owner, Josh’s wife answers phone and said Josh will be calling to check on you. We never heard from Josh. These suggestions really need to be addressed”
