We had the best time. Jen was so helpful because of the bridge repair she meet us and drove to us for us to follow her to the site with all the detours, and her daughter was the cutest, even Jen's (I believe) was her Dad helped us because of all the rain everything was just so wet he gave my husband dry kindling and dry wood he had covered at his house (how sweet) very much appreciated. The site was so peaceful and very relaxing. I would very much recommend any of this family's sites because we stayed at another of the sites last year and had a great time and again just overall great people and beautiful land.

What a great property Dave and his family have. We checked out all 3 of the sites he offers and each is awesome! Love that each overlooks a different meadow/hayfield. Perfect for viewing the stars at night. Relaxed and took a little dip in the brook on property. It was perfect! Looking forward to returning during blueberry season. Dave was an accommodating host in all aspects and we’ll be happy to give this working farm family our business vs. staying at a state park. Visited with some cows, checked out their maple syrup production equipment and grabbed some maple spread before we left. Yummy!! Two thumbs up for Maple Corner camping!

This site is awesome! If you love true backwoods camping this is the place to go. A very short hike through a field and you are in complete solitude with a fantastic view of the stars. I booked this site as a backup because I wanted to hike and camp on the appalacian trail (only about 20 minutes away) and I'm so glad I did. It rained the first day and I got no hiking in but the site is set up where you can hang a tarp from the trees and stay dry and warm by the fire. We loved it so much we didn't even try to camp on the trail. We hiked and came back to this spot every other night. It was awesome! David the owner was quick to show up when we arrived and show us to the site. He was friendly and I'm sure if we had needed anything he would have helped , but we didn't and he left us to enjoy our stay. I will definitely be going back. I am thinking I will bring my youngest son to give him the experience of backwoods camping next time

The weather ran the gamut while I was here (Nov) The temperature ranged from 20 - 60 degrees F, it rained, it was sunny, it was windy, it even snowed a little bit. The site is tucked away on the far corner of a hayfield and feels very remote. Westfield is about a 25-minute drive, so resupplying is pretty easy. Lots of tree cover, so I was able to set up my hammock and tarps.

David was easy to reach and helpful. The campsite was nicely remote and beautiful -- at the woods' edge overlooking a meadow.
