Beautiful location, very private. Camp was on the edge of a field. River was perfect for gentle tubing. Sadly, a handful of mosquitos but this gave us an excuse for a fire earlier in the evening than normal. Also, the tent had a cross breeze so it was a perfect escape for the bugs and sun. Saw a bunch of shooting stars due to the sky clarity and lack of nearby lights. Overall a great weekend. We would definitely go back.

Excellent campground--we've stayed here before at the regular campsites, and it's one of the best well run, cleanest campsite we've stayed at. This time we tried their Tentrr site, and it was fantastic. We were totally isolated--we never saw another camper or campsite the whole time we were there. Our dogs were off leash and we hung at our site carefree. We had everything we needed Fantastic trip, site, and people who run the campground.

Our stay with Tentrr at Lone Mountain Farm was perfect! The tent was set in a huge field and felt very private. However, the campground with it's amenities was just around the corner. The camp keepers were very nice, responsive to my messages and very accommidating. On the first night the inflatable mattress on the top bunk slowly deflated over night. I asked if they might have a replacement and with in a couple hours they were there with a brand new real mattress! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend and your generosity. I would highly recommend this spot especially if you are looking for a rustic, private experience without actually being too far from modern amenities! We will definitely try Tentrr again and would go to Lone Mountain again when in this area.

Our family had an amazing weekend at this tentrr site. The owners were very accommodating, friendly, and had everything we needed and more! We had a lot of fun playing frisbee in the field, and the river was awesome! Our kids have never swam or played in a river, and it brought back fond memories of playing in rivers as kids for my husband and I! We have recommended this site to a couple of friends already, and we cannot wait to go back. We also cannot wait to explore other tenter sites; our family loved this and will definitely be back!

We can’t say how much we LOVED our experience at Lone Mountain Farm. We were searching for a remote place to camp with our 2 little girls for 5 days. The comfort of tentrr was very appreciated for our young family but you can’t imagine how this place is a paradise in nature. So beautiful! We can’t hear any noise but nature, can’t see anyone but beautiful landscape. There is a beautiful little beach after 5 minutes walking we enjoyed so much, we slept perfectly, and the owners of the camping are definitely the best (helpful, smiling, hard workers, so nice and attentive). Nice hikes, lakes, diner in the area! We wish anyone who would like to have this experience to go there, I promise you will spend the best vacation. And thanks again so so much!

We spent Labor Day weekend at Lone Mountain Riverfront Campground. This is a new campground in its beginning phases. They have an office/store building, bathhouses and pumping station completed. There are some RV sites with water/electric and some without. My understanding is more will be added next year. Also plenty of sunny and wooded tent sites. The campground, as it’s name eludes, is on the Ellis river with beach access to this river. There are beautiful Mountain views, river views and open fields. They also have easy access to trails for riding and ATVs. We were very interested in the idea of tenting for a weekend without the set up and take down that comes with it. This ready made idea seemed like a no brainer. We are so happy we booked it. It’s was literally plug and play or in our case, plug and relax. We brought our bedding/linens, clothing/toiletries and food/supplies. The tent, iin addition to being spacious, came with queen bunks, storage and a wood burning stove. We ended up using the stove our first night as temps got a bit chilly. It worked amazingly. Also on site was a sun shower and potty (which we didn’t need to use at this campground) multiple lounging chairs and a table with backed benches and a food prep/dry storage “island” or cabinet. There was an outdoor fire pit as well as some wood left to start you off. There was also a full 5 gallon jug of water and a few “kitchen” essentials. Corie, owner:operator showed us to our site and made us feel most welcome. Corie and her family run this campground and have wonderful plans to expand camping areas as well as an equine area. The sites are spacious and the area serene and removed from the daily hub bub. However with a small town restaurant and market just a few minutes drive down the road you have some comforts and necessities very accessible. We cannot wait to book again next year.

We found this setup and site perfect for our family of five. When we arrived we were surprised to find the everything was exactly as pictured on the TENTRR website - decorative pillows and all. Everything was setup perfect for our arrival. As the other reviewer said, this TENTRR site is part of a larger campground, but it is completely separate and far enough away that you feel like you are alone. That said, you have access to some amenities that I doubt you'll find at many TENTRR sites, including a bathhouse to shower. Tom and Corie were extremely helpful and gave some great insight and tips on the surrounding area. The mattress they included on the bottom bunk was extremely comfortable and a great addition. We would definitely stay at Lone Mountain Farm Camping again and will use TENTRR to explore other adventures.

Just returned home from a fun weekend at this lovely spot. The hosts, Tom & Lorie are very kind, and clearly put a lot of love into their campground. Although this Tentrr site is located at a campground, it is set far off on its own private land. We felt quite pampered when we drove up and saw this beautiful spot with flowers, tiki torches, and lots of little details taken care of for us. The mattress they provided on the bottom bunk was very comfortable and we woke up to breeze coming through the screen windows. We hope both Tentrr and this campground do very well as they continue their businesses!
