“What a perfect little getaway. This place was absolutely beautiful. It’s still close to town for essentials but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.”
“We had a great time up at CDA Ranch! The accommodations were perfect! Make sure you have a vehicle with 4-Wheel drive because the driveway is a tad sketchy without it. Also, the water access is VERY steep. We ended up going to the beach at Carlin Bay instead because we were worried about possibly slipping and getting hurt! A heavy rope to hold on to or help pull up would be awesome if stairs aren't an option. Overall it was still a great time and we would definitely book again!”
“We had a great time! Such a beautiful view and perfect little getaway for locals. A quick ride to Harrison was perfect - grabbed coffees in the morning and breakfast. Trail to beach is definitely narrow and you need shoes! Thankful for the previous reviews for that tip. It was quite windy at moments but the tent kept us cozy. Can’t wait to book again :)”
“Cda Ranch was awesome!! Highly recommend booking a stay here if you’re looking for some upgraded camping! I agree with the other reviews as far as being careful on the trail down to the water. Wearing shoes down there is a must, sandals will not cut it. Other than that, the views are amazing. They have so much of what you need for your stay you don’t have to bring much besides cloths, food, drinks, towels etc. The bed was very comfortable as well! Will be staying here again”
“The host was great. Only issue was no shade during hottest part of the day. There was a pot encrusted with something in the cupboard. Yuck. Glad I brought my own. Overall it was a great experience.”
“We really enjoyed our camping night at Coeur d’Alene Ranch. Everything was as described and shown on the site. The made up queen beds, the fairy lights in the tent really made my teenage girls happy. All of the amenities of the camp were great in every way. One point, the path down to the lake was very very tough to traverse. I would recommend a railing OR a switch back path that isn’t so steep OR more defined steps.”
