“We had such a great time at Scott’s camp, we loved it. We were 4 people, me, my wife and our two kids, 7 year old girl and 5 year old boy.
The site is very secluded overlooking a meadow with butterflies flying around and colorful flowers, it’s like something out of a calendar picture.
We arrived at midday on the first day, Scott greeted us with fresh milk, collected from his cows that morning and fresh eggs from his chickens, magical and the both tasted incredible. Scott is a fantastic host, he responded to us within minutes of texting him and was great to talk to.
We spent the first evening watching the stars (we could see the Milky Way clearly) with a camp fire in the background. Scott came and prepared firewood for us and we ate dinner using the fully stocked kitchenette at the site. We heard coyotes and saw deer.
We spent the days touring the sites, there are several fantastic breweries in and around Cazenovia and in between Cazenovia and New Woodstock with great food and views. Critz Farm had a great brewery with an outdoor play area for kids that was very thoughtful around Covid safety.
Heritage Hill Brewhouse and BBQ was another notable place we visited with some of the best views of Syracuse you can see.
The local grocery store is in New Woodstock with a great selection of foods, drink and ice for the cooler, bring a decent cooler to keep your food and drink cold...”

“Scott was very nice. Gave us fresh milk and eggs upon arrival which were great for breakfast upon arrival and then pretty much just let us enjoy the land. Heard a bunch of coyotes howling and saw a couple deer. Would definitely recommend and would book again.”
