“Easy to book, easy to find. Perfect for our one night stay near Camden before catching a ferry out to Vinalhaven Island. There was cooking oil, salt/pepper, a cutting board and knife which made preparing our dinner super easy. Firewood was provided as well. The mattress was comfortable. The woods serene. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Really lovely campsite, you'll feel like you're deep in the forest when you are just off a main road. The farm setting is beautiful as are the nearby surroundings. You're so close to everything on the coast as well as inland lakes and hikes. The site was great with everything we needed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was nice that there were a few kitchen supplies for our use as well. Just be mindful that the short road to the campsite is rough, and you'll want to do it in a car that can handle mud/holes/bumps and if there are are cars parked in the farm's driveway, it can be tight getting around them. We had trouble finding the location to dump our trash so we just took it with us and found somewhere else to throw it out, but would have appreciated clearer marking for that. But otherwise we had a lovely stay, the CampKeeper was very responsive when we had questions and for our first tentrr experience it was pretty great.”
