“The location was amazing and private. It was perfect for what we were looking for.
The only issue is that this location did not have the heating unit shown in the pictures. With the temps dropping to near freezing each night, it was cold!!! We had plenty of blankets but face and ears were very cold. I would not have booked this site for this date had I known the heater was not going to be there. Also, the Tenter Loo only had two bags for the weekend. The video instructions show it is to be replaced each use. So, that was interesting. :-/”
“This was our first time camping in years and our first time with Tentrr. The site was beautiful and well-equipped, and the sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. Nick was a terrific host--extremely responsive and helpful. We visited the family winery via short stroll on Saturday, and enjoyed both the lively music and delicious drinks. We had a great weekend overall, relaxing in nature, playing cards and disconnecting. Plus, you can't beat foods cooked over a campfire. We are already talking about coming back in the fall! Highly recommend.”
“Picked this place as a birthday present for my partner and wow was it such a wonderful time!!!! The site is gorgeous. We got to camp in the rain with the campfire it was like a dream. When we were trying to leave in the morning my car got stuck in the mud and the owner had his father come with a tractor to help us out. He was the nicest most kind man, and overall, even with the stress of the car getting stuck, one of the best trips Ive ever taken. I’ll probably be coming back in the future!!!”
“At first I was skeptical due to the fact there were no reviews but I took the chance and I’m so glad I did. I rented this for one night for me and my boyfriend as a birthday surprise for him. The host was so easy to communicate with. The women, Darlene, who owns the family winery up the road and looks over the camp site is sweet as can be and was so helpful. For it being an outdoor airbnb it was very clean and comfortable. For anyone who is skeptical about the bathroom situation like I was, don’t worry it wasn’t as bad as you would think. The location was very quiet… like very quiet. So if you’re looking for a relaxing get away to completely unplug I highly recommend this place!”
