“Wow! The site was very impressive with clear trails and marked with solar lamps that gave the place a real feeling of peace. The tent had no leaks as it rained and the wood stove had us toasty in the 37 degree temps at night. Got to meet our host and what a great guy, super friendly and very accommodating. This one’s a 10/10! Gotta see it to believe it”
“Amazing!!! We had An amazing time. It was fantastic to unplug and really become submerged in nature with a fantastic view. Plenty of fun outdoor activities to do. Sunrise and sunset had to be my favorite part! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.”
“So peaceful, great views, awesome tent with air mattress (didn’t deflate at all!), and wood stove! (Lifesaver). Unlimited wood, little potty set up! (Nice surprise), and such nice owners. Highly recommend!”
“We arrved after dark on the first night, and it was so nice to have the Camp Keeper (Eric) come out to meet us and start a fire for us prior to our arrival. It really is an excellent location, allowing campers to feel completely secluded and private, while still having wonderful views and easy access to town. As one previous reviewer put it, the only thing I would change is upgrading from an air mattress. Other than that, it couldn't have been better.”
“The sight was beautiful,
Our host Eric Cole was helpful. The table and cooking area the Adirondack chairs and the view were great, there was plenty of available fire wood and a great fire pit. Our only suggestions:
Better access to running water without bothering the hosts and most of all a better mattress on the bed, such as a futon.
The air mattress was VERY uncomfortable and lost air during the night, would expect better for the price. Otherwise very nice time, would do again, if a better mattress were installed.
Thanks,
Gordon Smith”
“What a beautiful farm and campsite! Eric was so welcoming when we arrived, and the site was spotless and organized with the best view overlooking a large meadow and Mt. Ascutney, We even got to meet the baby goats! Can’t wait to go back next summer.”
