“The campsite includes everything as described, very comfortable camping experience. Our group loved the experience, it was our first time using tentrr as well, will definitely book again. Lou was very responsive, helped us bring our items to the camp site and back to the car on departure. It rained one of the days our group was there but the furnace inside the tent kept us warm and the pond looked beautiful. Overall fantastic experience.”
“First off Camp Host Lou was very accommodating, offering to bring our gear down to the site as it’s a decent trip down a dirt road. Lou also has wood for us already at the site.
Tent was clean and dry as it rained each night we stayed. Very quiet and private spot, not like camping at an official camp ground( so much better).
Lou also offered to bring our gear back out to the car and this was great, as it saved us probably 1 or 2 trips back up the hill road.
Over all a relaxing site that I’d return to.”
“I went to Tentrr in Catskill Mountainside - Callicoon NY, I spent two magical days ... the campkeeper Lou and his wife were hyper-attentive, a wonderful couple ... he gave us an inflatable kayak to have fun at the little lake that was in front to Tentrr ... a place of peace, super calm ... there are no words to describe how much I recommend this place. Very inexpensive for an incredible contact with nature.”
“This secluded campsite was the perfect spot for a long weekend with friends. Our group arrived well after dark on a Friday, and Lou was flexible to meet us and haul our gear to the site with a tractor. Camp is set a clearing next to a small pond. While the site came with firewood, there's plenty of small kindling to find in the surrounding woods.”
“My husband and I spent the weekend at this gorgeous site with two friends. With the bunk bed, all of us were able to sleep in the tent very comfortably. Even though it was rainy for one of the days we were there, the wood stove worked great and kept the tent nice and cozy. We had a great time hanging out and playing cards all evening. Totally secluded and away from the road, this site was perfect for our dog who was able to wander without us worrying – he even got to chase some deer for the first time in his life. The pond and the surrounding woods were beautiful and made it feel like we were in another world. Thanks for the hospitality Lou! We'll be sure to be back soon!”
