Everything was great!! I had to call poor Alex several times to work out some issues that I had brought upon myself and he was very helpful and polite the entire time. 10 out 10 for customer service. I made a TikTok giving you guys some clout for the awesome experience.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was our children's first camping experience and honestly having a pre pitched tent with a bed and the table / chairs were so nice to not have to drag along this time. The location of C was awesome. The only thing I wish is they had easier access to it but if you don't have small children its about a .25 mile walk both directions. But honestly my husband found a back entrance gate/ maintenance road and it drove straight back to it. Technically you're not supposed to do that but the state park keepers did not mind at all. Beautiful area, well kept and just all around a great experience☺️

The park was absolutely gorgeous! The host communicated well with us. The Tentrr was beyond a primitive experience but still stayed within nature. The view of the lake when waking up in the morning was marvelous. My husband and I plan to stay there again very soon!

This was not a good experience for us. Nest idea, but still has some areas to work on. First it took us over an hour to find our spot as well as find our host. The camp host changed ohone numbers and was not updated on airbnb. When you book on airbnb vs tentrr, the camp host is not notified. We reserved spot C which stated on site parking and it indeed did not, it was a 15 minute walk one way. There was misinformation. We actually ended up staying in spot G. Another thing to note was since these tents just sit, there full of bugs and ours has standing water and a wasps nest. Again very cool idea, but the floor is also open underneath, which alows any bug or insect inside. Not that wildlife or bugs bother us, but when i do set my own tent theres no wasps nest inside.

Hey Ashley, Thank you for your feedback! It is with honest reviews such as yours that we can continue to improve our experience at the state parks and make sure campers have an awesome time. Since your review, we have made multiple changes, one of which being the addition of a new host for this state park which performs regular maintenance at the site. We hope you give Tentrr another try in the future! Cheers, The Tentrr Team

campsite was clean, chairs were perfect, loved the platform everything was on, and the tent was great. while i laughed when i saw the propane heater since I'm used to old school tent camping, it actually came in handy as it got a little chilly in the night. fire pit was perfect and apparently i didn't need to bother bringing wood as there were enough downed limbs/trees in the area to burn. my only complaint is that the tents are sealed, which is expected with this type of tent. the bottoms of the tent has gaps and of course the platform is a deck, so there are gaps between the boards. with that said, i was awoken in the middle of the night by something crawling on my back.. no clue what it was as i quickly flung it off me because all i could remember is that there was a nice big spider in one of the peaks with a mess of babies in the webs.. i have slight arachnophobia.. and by slight, i mean the meme where the little girl is standing in front of a burning house with the test "at least that spider's dead now".. anyway, i did wake up in the morning to see a very large spider (2-3" leg span) on the roof of the tent above me. needless to say, i was wide awake at daylight.. so if anything could be done to keep bugs out of the tent (mainly spiders for me) these tents would be perfect. other than that, my stay was fantastic. awesome experience. amazing view.
