Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“This was such a great first Tentrr experience! It was so amazing to come in to everything being already set up. Karen is a great host and went out of her way to stock the campsite with more than the minimal requirements (she had left so much firewood, kindling, matches, even some board games!). She's also very responsive and recommended great restaurants in nearby Easton. The other thing I really wanted to point out is how amazing the site itself is, the tent sits facing an open field with an astounding view and such a beautiful sunset! Overall, a great experience.”
“I should start off by saying my boyfriend and I are city kids in every definition that it means to be from NYC. Camping is not something we do often or have even thought of but my boyfriend really wanted to give it a whirl and THANK GOD O'Krekk Farm was our campsite. Karen and Ron were so amazing! I absolutely love Karen (w.out actually meeting her). They are so sweet, accommodating, and helpful. Karen was very easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and gave us amazing recommendations of things to do in the area. Ron came up in the tractor to help us set things up and get rid of some stink bugs (again city folk here) that I was freaked out to be near. The tent is settled on top of a beautiful hay pasture overlooking a beautiful forest of trees going through the foliage. It was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The grounds are well taken care of and they even have a small farm with animals! On our second night, we had clear skies (not one cloud in sight) and were able to spot out stars (I saw my first shooting star) and even saw Mars! The owners supplied us with everything we needed, wood for a fire, water, bags for the commode, even a repel candle! We had such an amazing time and experience. If we ever make our way back to PA, we will absolutely stay here and highly recommend this tent to everyone.”
“Staying at the O'Krekk Farm was like staying at a 5-star hotel! Karen had everything laid out perfectly, and had anticipated every one of our needs, including making these clever firestarters. You can tell she really takes pride in hosting people and we felt very welcomed. Also, she has alpacas, so wave hi to them as you come in!! Thanks for a great stay, Karen!”
“Karen was a wonderful host and the Tentrr site on the O'Krekk Farm was a great experience for me, my husband, and our two boys (ages 6 and 3) during our 2 night stay. The boys loved the freedom of exploring the large expanse of field around the tent, as well as the farm animals and creek. Karen was very helpful and responsive to all our needs and the campsite was in great condition and had everything we needed. It was also very close to the Delaware Water Gap where we enjoyed hiking and kayaking, and not far from grocery stores, etc. A great first camping experience for our family! We would definitely consider coming back, as it was only 1.5 hour drive from where we live in NYC.”
“This site was exactly what we were looking for. My boyfriend and I booked this to stay after hiking Mt. Tammany. Everything was set up perfectly when we arrived. We are usually pretty avid campers, but given it takes almost a full day to usually set up our camp, this was great. We drove in and immediately were settled. The view was amazing. There were 2 rain storms that hit throughout the day/night. It was very peaceful to watch the rain from inside the tent and the storms did not last long. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the mountains and cooked over the open campfire. Not to mention the owners were so accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing time. We would love to return to O'Krekk in the future!”
“Me and several friends came up for 2 nights at O'Krekk Farm and we were extremely satisfied. Upon arrival, we were greeted by incredibly friendly hosts who were ready to answer any questions we have and offered us more than what was listed as included in the site. Really some of the nicest people I've met. The area is also beautiful and the amount of land you are given is astounding. Great view and great taste of nature. Also two major things that were huge for our group were there was great reception at the campsite (despite its rural location) and NO biting bugs. Packed lots of bug spray and didn't even need it. The hosts were also readily available to provide anything that was needed including stuff that wasn't included. One night it rained, and they offered us a nice little house to stay in which was beautiful even though we decided to stay up at the campsite. Honestly could go on and on, such a great experience, worth the money, and it'd be tough to imagine any other site being better than here.”
“What a great time we had. This place is exactly the reason we camp. The sounds of peacocks and birds. The smell of fresh hay. Waking up to a beautiful view. Our hosts were so nice and responded quickly when we had questions. They gave us great suggestions of things to do in the area. Kline’s Farm was the perfect place for ice cream. It is so close we rode our bikes there. The next day we went to Franklin Hills Vinyard. Took a tour and bought way too many bottles of wine. So delicious. We knew it was going to be perfect as soon as we turned onto the lane. So happy we stayed with you. Can’t wait to stay again. If we had had another day we would have stayed. Thank you so much.”
“My husband and I were pretty excited to be the first campers at O’KREKK Farm. We knew about this TENTRR site for a few months prior to it being available. The quietness of the site along with the peaceful view was just what we were looking for. The first night, there was the threat of a storm. The campkeepers gave us the option of staying in the “farm store”, its not really a store, but rather a cute building (she shed), with a bed, couch, antique furniture, mini fridge and a TV and DVD/videos As a bonus there was AC. We considered the option, but the storm was not bad and we toughed it out. The farm is close to Easton and the hosts told us about the downtown farmers market and cool eating options. We were also really close to a local winery and a brewery. We are really looking forward to going back—maybe during the MusikFest season.”
