Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“This was an adventure. It is a bit on the rough side of "Glamping", but the site is beautiful, and the people are great. (Brian was very friendly and super helpful, and works at the restaurant as well.) You should come prepared for a rough drive from the restaurant to the campsite, on a deeply rutted farm road that crosses a stream with no bridge. We had SUVs and bottomed out a couple of times; would not try it with a regular sedan. If needed they will transfer your gear to a pickup truck and drive you up there.
As I said the site was great, the view fantastic and it was the only site, so plenty of privacy and peace. The site had not been mowed in some time, so the grass was a bit high.
The high point of our stay was dinner at the Mexican Steakhouse restaurant right there on the farm. All locally sourced ingredients prepared fantastically. Authentic Mexican.
They are still working out the kinks with Tentrr, so it wasn't clear to us that if you prepay dinner ($25 per person) at the time you book the site, you get a special deal. We didn't know that and so ordered and paid off the menu (more like $35-40 per person). And it's BYOB.
The camping experience alone would get 3.5 stars, but add in the restaurant and that bumps it up to 4.5.”
“We had a wonderful stay at Greenane Farms. The location provided beautiful views and plenty of land for our dog to run. There is also a restaurant at the farm - we didn't have a chance to eat there, but the food smelled incredible. The quiet setting on a hilltop was the perfect weekend retreat from city life.”
