“We went as a group of four ladies with our kids. We arrived Friday at 4. Parking is a ways from the tents. My tent had issues but not as bad as the other three! My tent looked liked it hadn’t been weeded in the back. But one of the other tents the grass was as high as the seat at the table! Another tent we had rented the lock was rusted shut or something cause we couldn’t get in it at all! We called maintenance and the guy was doing jobs in Houston then would make his way to Galveston where we were. Which was totally unacceptable being we had 9 9yr old girls and they would make him getting to us after dark. The last tent we rented had electricity poles but they didn’t work. It was definitely a bad experience”
“Our experience with Tentrr was great. The site setup was awesome - with our own trashcan, a picnic table, two chairs, and a grill/fire pit. The tent was nice and clean, with windows on all size for a breeze. I loved the two crates by the bed to serve as nightstands. We also had a wild storm come through overnight. It was enough to blow down other campers' personal tents. The Tentrr tent was well setup and mounted to a wooden platform and thus, took the storm like a champ! Even with very heavy winds, we were able to sleep soundly in the tent.”
