“Alyson was a great host! She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She found out we were on a bike trip and welcomed us with warm soup. The tent had a heater we could control and was quite comfy. We would absolutely stay here again”

“This is a beautiful and serene campsite with an amazing host. We were met right at the gate and shown to our tent with clear directions of everything, tips, and places around to go to. There was so much space for our dog to run around and enough fire wood to last us our whole stay. The fire pit is set up to cook on as well as a Coleman gas grill for the less adventurous. All in all it was a beautiful spot and the perfect combination of camping and glamping.”
“We were unlucky with the weather during our stay; caught a massive thunderstorm and tornado warning on our way. Mike and Alyson were kind enough to wait on our arrival which was delayed, and since the path to the campsite was very wet, they even brought us to camp with our baggage with a kubota. Because of the storm, part of their dock was destroyed the night before and they knew we wanted to go fishing, so they spent the day before rebuilding it for us. Honestly, the best hosts I've had! They were kind and helpful, the place was beautiful and we were able to experience it with beautiful weather the next day. They directed us to some local spots nearby and in Middlebury which was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be booking this place again! A well deserved 5 stars all around”
