“Views are nice, when I arrived tent looked dirty and people who were there before us left their trash behind. It's a lovely area awesome detox from the city however you have the option of camping with 4 people but bed is only provided for 2 plp, this should be clarified when booking/cheking. No one checks on you to make sure eveois going well, I love the fact that you may use the bathroom to shower at the resort.”
“Firstly I must say that staff at Glen Falls is great. The site is wonderful, the surroundings are great. The camping experience was almost perfect. It was 4 of us and we didn't get the extra tent we were supposed to and the fireplace in the tent was inoperable so we were freezing all night. Aside from that, we had a ball. I will definitely go again.”
“Great location with perfect view of waterfall / swimming hole, with all of the added benefits from staying on the Glen Falls property (pool, dedicated immaculate Tentrr bathroom / shower facilities, towels / linens provided, welcoming front desk happy to help with any assistance, free continental breakfast). The actual campsite is a short 2 minute walk from the main building, but is heavily wooded and private at night. There was the occasional walker / biker passing on the trail, but in 2 nights, we probably saw”
“Why this site was 4 not 5 stars for us.. Don’t get me wrong it is a beautiful spot, steep climb down to a gorgeous swimming hole
• positioned at the intersection of 3 trails lots of traffic, it is cliff side
• it was not cleaned well, mouse droppings mixed in with cedar exfoliation inside the tent/ we cleaned
• no water container/we tracked it down and filled
• no firewood ready/we tracked that down
• loud event music Saturday
• partying in the waterfall space
By the 3rd day we were used to all of the bikers saying hi as we ate our meals and by people headed to the swimming hole. It’s not the type of place you can be totally free...
There was a dedicated bathroom for Tentrr people which was awesome. It’s a short hundred feet hike in.”
