“The site was excellent. It was near a ton of hikes and it was easily accessible while still feeling like a backwoods site. Canaan was extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of, providing us with a ton of fun things to do near the site.”
“Canaan and his family were extremely hospitable - they left water and firewood for us and had plentiful recommendations for the area. The site itself feels very secluded despite its proximity to a main road. You could walk about 1/2 mile and grab a beer at one of the local inns. If you’re looking for a private car camping alternative to some of the very busy campsites, this is perfect!”
“Very private, quiet & safe site in a beautiful area. The host was fantastic, lead us in and provided some wood & water. If we are ever back in the area, we will absolutely stay here again ...so much better than campgrounds!”
“Lovely, secluded site in a unique area! Fantastic location - a great place to stay while exploring what the area has to offer. Picnic table and fire pit are awesome, as well as the chairs provided.
Canaan is very communicative and made sure we knew how to find the site and that we had what we needed.
