Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“The site had a great view and was a nice experience overall, let me start with that.
Our only complaints are more maintenance things which if I didn’t mention could definitely ruin someone else’s time.
-The outdoor shower cable snapped while using it (luckily didn’t knock me out) lol
-The tent zipper was broken so you literally couldn’t zip the tent closed.
- Hugely important** when they say “amenities” and include grill and cooking option… it only had the grate that you put over a fire pit. Which is fine, but unless you’re a seasoned cowboy you’ll prob starve.”
“The site it perfect and in really nice shape with a beautiful view of the river. It’s definitely a working farm and while you can hear cows during the day the camp site doesn’t smell of a farm. You can hear the highway at night it’s not very loud and didn’t impact things. Good fishing from the shore and there was a nice little farm stand where kids can feed animals right down the road.”
“We had a wonderful stay at Normanton Farms. The campsite was at a great location, right next to the river. We loved being able to rent the kayaks. We would highly recommend a stay here!”
“We had a great time at Normanton farms! The site is so beautiful and it offers everything you might need on your trip, including a beautiful sunset over the river! We traveled with our 2 year old and 2 dogs and we all loved our time here. We also loved the convenience of being only minutes away from a local farm stand and ice cream shop and Nashua is just a few miles away for literally anything else you need. We will most definitely come back! Just a heads up: The “get directions” on the Tentrr app first took us to a different farm about 2 miles away. I don’t know if that is a glitch in the app or a one-time coincidence but we called Steve and he directed us to the right place. Thanks again, Steve!”
“Please understand you have to park your car in a field and walk all of your camping things about 50 yards over a small hill and through the wooded path. Also, drive slow coming in if you have a car because it bottoms out on the cattle guard. Drive slow”
