“A great stay! The host allowed us to book last minute and the tent was so comfortable. We would absolutely come back if in the area. It’s a great clamping experience on a beautiful farm surrounded by mountains”
“We decided to start our Oregon road trip with a stop at Lane Creek Reserve to try out “glamping” with our toy poodle. Our poodle loves camping and sleeping in a tent but Mama needs a bed. This camping option was perfect for us. The tent site was great - we had one windy night but everything stayed secure. We had everything we needed inside – a dog bed, storage, a comfy queen bed with warm blankets and good pillows. The propane heater kept us cozy at night but wasn’t needed during the day. The bathroom and shower were really good – clean, well-appointed and just a short walk away from our tent site. We included breakfast in our reservation and that was a great decision. We had wonderful breakfasts each morning with farm-fresh eggs, meats, butter, honey, veggies and fruit. Lara was a wonderful site guide helping us determine if we could access Crater Lake and telling us about Mill Creek Falls. There are three campsites at this location so next time we are going to try and get some family or friends to join us. We enjoyed all the farm animals – the goats and the alpaca in addition to Marcus their dog, were our favorites.”
“Great spot to stay! Comfy tent with nice touches like lamps, a heater, fans, chairs, hammock. Very dog-friendly including a dog bed and bowls (and a friendly farm dog who we enjoyed playing with). Nice country setting with soothing nature and farm noises. There are several tent sites in the field so you may have visible neighbor, but they weren’t close enough to be disruptive. My dog and I recommend it!”
“Lara is an excellent host— clear and prompt communicator who is warm and easygoing. The stay was so comfortable and exceeded my expectations! The bed was comfy, tent well ventilated but with a convenient heater for colder evenings. There was ample space and nice touches to make for a luxurious experience— VERY clean, private toilet if you didn’t want to use the outhouse, sidetables with extra bedside lighting, thoughtful hooks and small shelves, and dog bowls for your pup. I brought my friendly dog, and she had a BIG time playing with their sweet dog. Lara and I previously agreed it was okay, and he is under very good command so I don’t anticipate a problem if you preferred dogs stay away. There are neighboring tents on site, but very well spaced to ensure privacy. Parking is easy and getting here is a breeze. I’m staying here again!”
“This is a perfect spot to unwind, relax, watch the sunset and chill under the stars on top of a hillside. The sounds are so relaxing you’ll drift asleep easily! Morning naps in the hammocks are a MUST! The fresh food available from their farm is delicious! I can’t wait to go back already!”
