Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“Tentrr location was awesome! This is a great "camping" experience; a large frame tent with a big bed and stove (a fire stand as well outside) made for a nice escape. A series of trails are but a few seconds walk away from the tent/ table area which is on the river.
Very enjoyable-if you like "roughing it" but with a bit of ease, this is for you. Owner was very friendly and communicated well. I would rent again in a heartbeat.”
“Great place to stay while cycling on the Lamoille Valley + Missisquoi rail trails. Private campsite with everything one would need including firewood. Comfortable bed.”
“The tentrr was on a really private stretch of the owners property so you felt super isolated and right on the river with hiking paths. Would love to come back and do it in the summer when it’s not as cold and when the shower would be functional”
“Bill is a fantastic host. Super helpful, he even checked up on us on a rainy day to make sure we were staying dry and to offer suggestions on indoor activities nearby. The place is stunning. We were camping right by the river in the middle of the woods. Bill keeps the tent and amenities beautiful. If you like camping, this is a spectacularly cozy stay in an absolutely stunning place. The beauty of the details is superb. The tent have some basic beautiful decoration, flowers, candles, and even all the key amenities such as heating for cold nights, covered table, grill and cooking utensils, etc. I can't recommend this place enough. You will have to experience it yourself to fully grasp what a wonderful stay it will be!
Also, Lake Champlain in just 35 mins driving from there. We did some spectacular hikings by the lake, by the river, and in the woods. There's also plenty of breweries hopping for those into beer. Sunsets by the lake are one of a kind.
Another cool hiking site nearby is Bingham Falls. We regreted not spending more time in the area.
Finally, Enosburg Falls town is walking distance from the campsite. Plenty of fresh, locally grown food, as well as everything you might need: The Great Outdoors for sport gear, supermarkets, cozy coffee shops (try Barn owl Bistro & Goods), and gas stations. For Catholics there's also a lovely Catholic church were we attended mass. Everyone is super helpful and welcoming.”
