“The Tentrr concept is pretty cool and we wanted to try something outside of carrying everything on our back when overnight camping along the Appalachian trail.
We did a kayak trip from the nearby campground down to a parked car about 6 miles are so. That worked out really well.
The issues we did have was around noise. You hear the highway from the campsite and the nearby campground was really loud until about 10:30-11 on a Saturday night. Not a problem for us as neither couple brought kids- but if we had it would have been a nightmare.
Also- lots of bugs inside the tent compared to when you are setting up your own tent and able to close out the elements.
I would probably give this another shot but do more research on the location in the future.”
