“Highly recommend 2 things to make the stay a 5 star location.. we had an encounter with many spiders inside everywhere and was afraid of us or the dogs accidently getting bit. One was inside the tent about 2 inches big at least. It appeared to come in at the backside of tent at the top vent hole.. To fix this the floor needs a carpet or mat/tarp to cover edge to edge and to put a plug or something similar at the vent hole. Noticing the yard is mostly rocks and dirt, i would highly recommend to weed wack or spray to maintain the very tall weeds. But overall was happy with the location of this weekend stay very private getaway just what we needed.”
“We only stayed one night, but what an ideal camping experience! The bed was comfortable, the tent was cozy, and we loved the secluded forest! Make sure you bring candles! It makes for a very romantic stay. Additionally I loved seeing snails and salamander around the forest floor”
“We had a great time with our two dogs at this location. There is plenty of wood around to have campfires if you don't mind doing a little sawing. We will definitely be back.

“This site is a beautiful get away spot. I stayed here with my loved on and our two pups! Up in the mountains away from everything with peaceful nights is my go to for time away from work and the stress and this spot definitely helped. Would recommend to anyone! Ithaca is only 25 minutes away and there are plenty of beautiful waterfalls and hike to venture through.”
“When pulling in at night, go slow and look for the solar lights. Pull straight in and back into the space. You have to offload up a slight hill. So have a flashlight immediately handy. There are small lanterns in the tent but youll need the flashlight to get your bearings.”
