The campsite was perfect for two! It’s close to town, but also far enough to be away from loud noises. The Santa Margarita reserve is 20mins away from camp. There is hiking trails next to a small river. The bed inside the tent was very comfortable, we slept through the night. The tent also has an outlet so we were able to charge our phones throughout the night as well. One thing to note, if you have a very low car suspension I would think twice before coming. The last road to get to the camp is up a narrow rocky dirt hill. If your car is too low it will for sure scrape some of the bigger rocks in the road. Another thing to think about when going up there is, you may not be allowed to have a fire. Just because of the high fire risk season. If you are allowed to it’s probably gonna have to be small. Other than that our camp host and his father were very nice, and helpful. Definitely would book again!!!!

The view was nice! However, the owner didn't send me the check in instruction like the gate code to enter the area, and hard to reach out him when I got there. I've called over 10 times to reach out to him. We didn't expect the hotel level cleanness, but although it's a kind of camping, I couldn't stay inside the tent because of the cockroaches and spiders as well as some dirty stuffs inside the toilet and on the bed. :( My family had to sleep in a car, and leave earlier than we planned. This was the most horrible experience of my campings.

The place is great, small, and cute! with the exception of the other campsite being rather close, while we were able to choose from the two (appreciated greatly.) as being the only ones there that night it gave the area the space it needed. The view is beautiful like in photos but lots of bugs and some bees. The fire is nice at night but walk from the car & back to cook it, don’t set anything on the tables or at least for too long. My wife and I didn’t sleep in the tent but rather in the car. the tent although, when checking it out it was much cooler inside in the day! :) great for those who don’t mind roughing it. Communication is without a doubt amazing, we didn’t text much but we’re responded to very quickly and thorough, thank you for the opportunity to stay!

Absolutely great stay! Great time to unplug and relax, 20-25 minutes into fallbrook due to the curvy roads. You do need to bring everything (including T-pee!). Accommodation was clean. Father who is also on the property is helpful and kind. In proximity there is the other tentrr tent and 2 campers (one where the father lives) and a shed. We thought it was a secluded tent on the property, it is not. At first we were kind of hesitant because we thought it was just us, however, the dad kept to himself and it still was a very nice stay. There are coyotes at night and you will hear them so 1)keep your doggo inside 2)it’s nice knowing the dad is also on the property! Tent is very secure and safe Host, Josh, was VERY responsive, highly recommend and look at booking again in the future!
