“Blackberry Meadow was such a lovely spot.. overlooking a beautiful meadow with hills in the distance, and plenty of birds playing and singing. Although it’s open space in front of the tent, it is very private and lovely to sit around the fire. Everything was neat and clean and there were even yard games to play. We spent 3 nights at Blackberry meadow and made a 15 minute trip into the nearest town for ice on one of the days. Oh, and apparently if you go there in late summer, you can help pick (and eat) the black berries!”
