“The tents and the host were 5 Star. When I booked these tents, a pop up tent was included. There was a misunderstanding and one was not present. Our host made it right in 15 minutes by providing her personal tent. 10 Stars for the host. However, the train tracks that were 150 feet away were the only downside to the whole experience. The train is loud.”
“This was great pitstop for the value on our long drive home. Our Tentrr caretaker was super flexible with our check in time since we got in late due to the weather and went above and beyond to make sure we got checked in afterhours.”

Reservation time with this company should be adjusted, 3PM-11Am is not suitable time for camping guests and the ability to select timeslot or contact the owner prior to booking to make adjustments would be highly beneficial.”

Thank you for your honest feedback and we are sorry to hear your stay was less than ideal. With honest feedback like yours Tentrr can continue to improve the camping experience for all campers. We have addressed the issue with the accessibility ramp and correctly added it to this campsite. Unfortunately we do not provide the traditional camp loo or sunshower at these state parks and have since updated the description to correctly reflect this. Check in and check out times can be negotiable, you just need to contact the camp host to make sure any adjustments do not interfere with upcoming reservations. We hope you give Tentrr another try in the future!
