“10/10 would recommend for anyone! Not only is the property beautiful, but the people are the friendliest and the surrounding area is breathtaking. I took my boyfriend here for a birthday trip and we loved it so much we booked another trip the day we left. Mia and David are kind hosts who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Make sure to meet the goats and take in the wild flowers onsite, too. We had fresh eggs in the morning that came from the chicken to our campsite. At night the view of the stars is incredible. One of the best get aways we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to go back!!”
“The site was great, easy to find, even in the pitch dark night. The host was very welcoming and happy to help with whatever you needed, they even offered to pick stuff up at the grocery store at some point, which was really kind. There were other campers there but everyone had enough space that we didn't really hear other folks. The dogs loved it, we loved it, would recommend to anyone (especially if you're 420 friendly). Both campsites were in excellent condition, supplied with plates and some basic supplies. There's great hiking and lakes nearby for swimming. Also they have goats and sheep - super cute. Watch out for the horned one, she's sassy.”
“I’m so glad I came across pictures of my time at this site in late May 2021- because it reminded me that I wanted to share my experience with other folks looking to enjoy David and Mia’s hospitality, this tucked-away and beautiful growing farm, and experience the generous gifting from this cannabis friendly duo.
I really enjoyed the shade provided by this location that was a short walk on the mowed path from where we parked the car/near the main house, (through the field that this new farm is looking to cultivate), and the ability to walk a few feet from the tent to sit by campfire and look at the stars. While I was initially curious as to how close their other tentrr site (Indica Way) was to this one- it was actually not a factor- I didn’t even notice when the other site came and left. While I believe the sites do share port-o-potties (#bless that these sites had them), it wasn’t an issue to the privacy/serenity I was looking for.
I highly recommend the add-ons, and was super thankful that David had generously and unexpectedly constructed the wood for the fire for us knowing we were excited to start one with the firewood we bought on-site after our excursion to Storm King (which was an easy ~45 mins away). I also had a bought a batch of the delicious CBD Cookies that enjoyed even after my stay. Our hosts had gifted us a few pre-rolleds and it made this cannabis friendly stay even that much more enjoyable.
It was also within a short drive to a great hike (Sam's Point and Verkeerderkill Falls Trail (link to it on AllTrails
https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/new-york/sams-point-and-verkeerderkill-falls-trail?p=38231766)) and not too far from New Paltz where we enjoyed a nice dinner.
I enjoyed being able to be present in nature, have the opportunity to connect with Mia and David and enjoyed getting to know them- it was so nice to be welcomed so whole-heartily by such passionate and kind people. If you get the opportunity to talk to them about the experiences that led them to choosing this farm and learning about their businesses- I highly recommend it.
I would be excited to venture here again!”
“Really great Tentrr location and set up. Tucked away at the back of a farm, the tent is nestled in the tree line and has a great view across the field. The family running the farm are incredibly warm and friendly and they really made us feel at home.
Added bonus was having access to a decent toilet and bathroom! We were even given free eggs. Would highly recommend and will be staying again!”
