Since your review, we've gotten in touch with the host at this particular site and addressed some of your concerns. She is aware of them and moving forward with future bookings, will be more mindful of the items you mentioned.

“The property was a great location outside of Woodstock and we had a great time. I would recommend it if you need to be close to town. I think for the price if you have a tent you will get better amenities at a regular campground and on the opposite end its at someone's house so it's not like you are camping in the wilderness, but still we enjoyed our visit.”
