“Apparently our camp guide didn’t show up according to the guy that dropped off propane well after dark when we were already freezing cold. We had to go buy our own propane for the second night in the second tent & that was supposed to be provided for us. My mattress was soaked in one side so it soaked the sheet and comforter on that side. We had to wait 30 minutes to get into the park bc they had no idea what tentrr was apparently & didn’t care we had reservations. We were never provided a number to contact the camp guide that didn’t show up or check in.
