“Just return from nice camping trek from this awesome tentrr... Omar and his brother Amos was such a joy to deal with during our stay... The campsite is amazing as is but Omar told me he even going to level up the site can't wait to come back to see his new project when that's done... Definitely the best tentrr site that i've ever stay at over years... don't hesitate to book this site if you want to experience the outdoors especially if you are a novice at camping, this is the perfect site to ease you way into camping... propane gas stove and fridge on site... Solo stove for grilling... i can't wait to find time to come back to camping and catch up with Omar and Amos over a open fire having smore's ...”
“Lee’s place down by the riverside was a true dream escape for the weekend. Lee was kind and helpful, the campsite was clean, and the amenities were unmatched. Lee even brought down extra batteries for the battery charger and a bag full of waters and drinks for us. The campsite was quiet and safe. We wanted for nothing the whole time we were there. Would definitely stay with Lee again!”
“My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at “Down by the Riverside” on a beautiful October weekend. The grounds where Lee has set up is absolutely stunning, exceeding our expectations. The sunset in the morning from the tent was amazing. Though Lee was not set up and ready at check in, he spent a lot of time afterwards making sure we enjoyed our stay. He will walk you through all of the amenities the site has to offer, if you’d like. Our hot water and fridge were not working during our visit, so if they are important to you, make sure to touch base with Lee beforehand. The generator also did not work, which we were relying on to charge our ebikes to explore. However, we would absolutely recommend this site if those amenities are not important to you.”

“Down by the Riverside was exactly what my wife & I needed to relax, reset & recharge. When we arrived, Lee walked us through everything, showed us how to use it & let us know he was a phone call away & meant it. We called with just 1 single issue & he was back with a resolution. His story, is beautiful & what he did with Down by the Riverside is gorgeous. He has every single thing we could have needed & more. Even treats in the fridge to add a personal touch. I was a little worried we’d feel too much of the city vibe, but we completely forgot there were houses behind us. The small personal touches Lee put into every single thing there is felt throughout the trip. We’re already planning a trip back & honestly cannot wait for our friends to experience it! Lee is the best camp host & you will not be disappointed!”
“Wow! Down by the Riverside is absolutely incredible. If you have the opportunity to stay here, DO IT! Spent 2 nights for a mother-daughter get away and Lee was an amazing host. His attention to each and every detail truly made the whole experience unforgettable. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have camped at this site and plan to return again.
Lee was always just a phone call away if we needed anything, all while being respectful our privacy. He’s so kind & funny and made us feel comfortable & welcomed. He made sure we had everything we needed.
Amenities onsite were above and beyond. I truly think we could have just packed nothing more than our clothes & meals and we would be just fine. He has really thought of everything. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for making our adventure so special Lee.”
“This site was amazing, everything you could ask for and more. The views of the river and wildlife was outstanding to say the least. The site itself had so much to offer that I had a hard time finding anything that i needed. Lee was such a great keeper, very hospitable, very kind and very informative. He even went as far as putting treats, food and drinks out for my son and I before we arrived. Lee allowed us the use of his boats and anything else there at his site. If you want to take a short walk through the woods along the river this site also has that available. A change of scenery away from the site to relax under a tree and have a nice fire and make some lunch? This site has that as well. As I said this is a site that has everything you could ask for and more. I highly recommend to anyone, we had such a wonderful time.
