“I was very upset by the fact that there was trash thrown around the place. We found washcloths in the firepit. Juge for water thrown near the tent. And just trash littered the area. This is a park and I was horified by how they took care of nature! We were charged cleaning fee but the place was a mess when we got there. We ended up picking up a lot of the trash ourselves. The tent smelled like bleach. We had to open it up to get the smell out. I understand that we were in nature and bugs are to be expected but it was pretty obvious that the inside of the tent wasnt looked thrue because there were gigantic spiders and spider webs. I do think they over charged. I did like the tent a lot and it was very comfortable and peaceful there. It was very private and secluded which was great. I did like that they provided portable shower and clean potty even tho we didnt use it it was nice to have. The adress and instructions need to be clearer. we got lost. We did have a great time. “The onlything i didnt like is how much little info was at the site as this was my first time being to a tentrr i wasnt sure how to get parking passes and such. But the tent and area was beautiful i thoroughly enjoyed it!”
“Zach and his teammate were awesome, easily communicative and extremely willing to be helpful. I really like the idea of Tentrr, however the site we were at was dirty and unclean in appearance. When we arrived, there were holes in the protective screening and it allowed in the tent several large jumping insects. There was a crumpled and soiled looking mattress cover balled up in the corner of the bed. I get the camping experience and the additional amenities were nice, but I do think it would’ve been better if we had just booked a campsite ourselves.”

I'm glad to hear that our hosts were quite helpful during your stay. We have taken your concerns into account and have worked to keep our sites in better condition.
