“It was great . It rained the most of Saturday. But it was nice because the tent and everything was set up. I do wish the wood stove was there, because of the rain. We just so happened to bring out canopy tent , so we were able to still use the fire pit. The fire pit was really nice . The tent had really good space. We were actually able to fit 5 people in it, and a dog. Three adults and two kids and small dog. We loved the flooring and canvas tent. The camping was very helpful late at night. We brought our own area rug to make a little more cozy. The only down fall was that the wall near the bed became soaked and made the area near the bed damp. I think that happened because there was small whole near the top where the poles meet. I assume the tent wasn’t “winter” ready based on the description. I am also assuming this company isn’t from Louisiana. Because they would know that it does in fact get cold enough to need the winter ready set up. However, it was still nice. We are used to ground tents and we always camp during the winter. I highly suggest in the future that the company winterizes the Louisiana tents during at least December thru Feb. Any place that will drop below 50 degrees , specially in areas where it rains a lot like Louisiana needs to be winterized. Louisiana , MS , and Alabama aren’t like parts of CA and Florida where fridges winter tempts may not set in. Sooo would I recommend this again at State Chicot , yes. We love Chicot state park , it’s our usual place! The park has everything. The Tentrr equipment was amazing. We loved the furniture . The cabinet and table set up was really nice.”
