The tent was beautiful with peaceful surroundings. Zavier was very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay if you want to stay in the desert!

We started my birthday trip to the Petrified Forest a day early by staying at the MS Campsite the night before. We enjoyed the sunset, a campfire, and the stars. It was comfortable and the raised platform tent is rock solid. Our host was very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We loved it!

The night sky is simply breathtaking. I wish we’d had more time to explore.

Zavier was so incredibly kind and accommodating. We unfortunately got a flat on the drive to the campsite, and he went above and beyond to assist us, providing tools and advice to speed up the process of changing the tire. He also offered us refreshments in the meantime as the listing did not mention there was no water provided onsite. Overall wonderful experience and stay, the location is beautiful and host was fantastic. Very comfortable 'glamping' experience. For future guests, I would recommend bringing water, wood/kindling if you plan to make a fire, and blankets for on top of the bedding as it is quite cold at night, even in the heat of summer days! Took us a min to figure out the tent heater, but well worth doing so.

My first Airbnb and Tentrr experience and was absolutely wonderful. Great quiet and peaceful site. A three mile journey to get to the site on a dirt road, but the directions were accurate and easy to follow. If I'm ever in the area again, I will try to stay here.

Good place if you're looking to stay near the petrified forest. Can get very windy which made fires & cooking difficult. The facilities were very much what we were expecting and well maintained. When we had some difficulties with the heater the host answered our call and provided assistance.

Zavier is a wonderful host! He is very invested in your experience and will help you out however you need. He’s very responsive and present. The pictures and description are accurate. It is important to notice that the toilet is in the tent with you! We moved it out to the porch for a semblance of privacy. You will need to pack out your own human waste as there is no way to dispose of any type of trash at the site. We fit 5 people in the tent with sleeping pads and sleeping bags and stayed warm enough on a 25-30 degree night. There is a kitchen, but you will need to bring your own sponge to do dishes, plates/bowls, and silverware. Still, we were able to cook a delicious dinner and breakfast with the DJ setup bumping in the background! If you plan to take a shower, know that right now there is just a camping style outdoor shower bag that you can heat up in the sun, but no shelter to shower in.
