Did not ever receive check in instructions, glad my friend had also booked at got a response from the host or we would’ve have been searching all night. There was trash in the tent when we arrived. Fire pit did not have the necessary accessories (grill top, cover) had to borrow from friends campsite. Several chairs were broken upon arrival. Other than the unresponsive ras and things listed above it could’ve been a great experience, but it was okay. Loved the location and set up, not the company.

Hey there, thanks for your feedback here. Without honest reviews like yours, we wouldn't know where to improve. We are very sorry to hear that you had a less-than-ideal stay at one of our campsites. Since your review, we've gotten in touch with the host at this particular site and addressed some of your concerns. We will be working together on replacing any necessary equipment at the site, and appreciate you letting us know about your experience. Again, we apologize for the situation that occurred, but hope to see you out camping with us again soon! Cheers! The Tentrr Team

As a party of 7, we rented 3 of the tents. We were really excited to go camping based on the photos & description. When we got there, it began raining & there were thunderstorms. We tried staying but realized quickly, we wouldn’t be able to leave if we stayed. The tents wreaked of mildew. Bring all your own bedding because there is none. It’s just a plastic wrapped thin mattress. For what we paid, then not getting to stay — we are disappointed. I’ve reached out about a refund but haven’t heard anything back from the team to my knowledge. I say if you’re into primitive camping, just bring your own tent. The location of the park is beautiful. But severe thunderstorms & the tiny road with a body of water on one side & no where to go on the other is dangerous for anyone with kids who may need a quick escape. It gets muddy & I wouldn’t recommend trying to drive if the weather is bad. Just plan accordingly. Customer service was extremely hard to get a hold of as well. We played phone tag over & over again. Even the day of when we were trying to check-in like the instructions told us to.

We had such a lovely stay and we really enjoyed our time . This visit was just an overnight on our way to a further destination but we enjoyed it so much we plan to come back. It was clean, quiet & quaint . Remote enough to where we had the privacy we wanted but access to things we needed/wanted was easy .

Taylor our Tentr guide did a fantastic job of making us feel welcomed. She was professional, kind, and informative. The only down point was that our propane heater was not operating. As such, there were some points during the night where it was very cold inside the tent. They will provide us a promotion for a free stay at another Tentr location to rectify the mishap. However, their campsites are clean and have everything you need for a convenient glamping experience. We would like to book future Tentr’s in the future.
