We had a delightful weekend on the property with 2 kids, despite a rainy start to the weekend. The Star Wars-themed sites are quite entertaining. We had a nice walk on the property, enjoyed a little lazy kayaking, and beautiful sunsets. Camp Keeper Drew was communicative and helpful. He let us know about local fun events and made sure that we stayed dry and cozy in the October chill. The lake and stream were beautiful settings and the fall foliage was right on cue!

The Come As You Are site was lovely. We were able to set up a few extra tents around the site although it was a bit challenging to find flat areas. The queen bunk beds were comfortable and there were was plenty of seating around the fire pit. There is a small stream nearby that provides pleasant background noise. We did hear the races Saturday but this did not bother us at all. Drew was the best!! He made himself available at all times for anything we needed. He was really nice and accommodating when we arrived later than expected. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an awesome two nights here. Drew is a most excellent "host" with a lot of communication before, the day of (he called to confirm our ETA), AND during our stay. Our site was just above the creek and so the sounds of that, coupled with all the birds singing, made for a sweet stay. You can purchase firewood directly from Drew, which made it simple that first night we were there. Drew also gave excellent recommendations from a brewery (Upward in Livingston Manor) to where to get bait, to even the local dollar store for any last-minute needs. Across the street from our site is Bishop's Pond/Lake where we had access to kayaks & fishing - that was fun. We brought our own fishing poles, but he has a few there too. All in all, a much-needed trip to get out of town and experience Mother Nature.

This was a lovely little spot for our family of four. We used one of the kayaks and really enjoyed the beautiful little brook down below our site. Drew was very accommodating and helpful, and gave us some suggestions about some things to do nearby.

Cant speak highly enough about this particular Tentrr site. The grounds were extremely well kept and Drew was very accommodating. I was with very experienced campers however I am not and felt that this was a perfect middle ground for all. The site that we were at was very private but others would have been great for a couple people friends/families looking to camp together as tents are closer together. There was a stream just outside outside our door and a very large pond for fishing. We caught some whoppers! The beds were comfy, there was a heater in tent should you get to cold at night and it really pays to just have all of these amenities there that Tentrr offers. We ran out of drinking water and Drew brought some immediately. It left us much more room To pack the essentials-beer and wine! :) Should you forget something this location is conveniently close enough to a Walmart and Dollar Store. This site was good for all ages -we have kids that are asking to go back already. Should it rain when you’re going there’s also plenty to do close by where you wouldn’t necessarily need to cancel your trip. The racetrack is one of them, which to be honest didn’t bother us at all. There was noise only one night and should definitely not be a deal Breaker. We will definitely be returning.
