“We had a great time tucked in the woods on Doug's beautiful property! Doug was a fantastic host, especially for us camping newbies. He guided us on how to prepare for our trip and responded quickly to all our texts/emails. He made sure we had everything we needed while we were there - including a propane heater in our tent which made it nice and toasty inside even though it dropped down to 20 degrees at night. Great hiking trails on the property and river nearby as well. We are looking forward to coming back!”
“Dougie was an awesome Camp keeper. He is very helpful, replies to messages quickly. Very informative about things to do on his property as well as the surrounding area. Tent is securely located on his 120 acre property. We had no problem driving up to the tent in our SUV. There are lots of hiking trails on his land as well. His property is a hidden gem for all of the overlanding guys out there. There are a few remote camping spots spread out on the property. I even managed to get to them on my stock GX470 although I recommend a lift and AT tires. If you want to go even more extreme Doug has some offroading trails on which he offers guided tours. Contact him for the details. His trails got steep drops, rocky roads, mud terrain... you name it. You won't be disappointed! Or you can book a campground with Doug and explore the trails all by yourself on your offroad rig. We will definitely be back!”
